1. Compuware will grant the status of Uniface Application Partner to ISL and grant the rights to carry on marketing, training and support activities, with current users and prospective users of the Uniface Seven products.
2. Compuware also commits providing business opportunities to ISL as specified.
3. ISL shall provide Compuware or its clients with the services described.
